EMS Constructors & Handyman knows that you care how your information is used and shared. First of all, what goes on in your home, stays in your home. Secondly, we will never sell your information to anyone. We are in the Contracting and Handyman business and only collect enough information to contact you and process your payment for work we have performed. Credit card information is never stored in our system and kept only long enough to process your payment. Our goal is to provide a secure environment for you to manage your construction and handyman projects.
Rates
We are always glad to provide you a written proposal of any work you would like performed. Our proposals are simple, easy to read, and unless you have changed the scope of work, will never pay more than what was originally quoted and agreed upon.
If you have a collection of handyman projects, we suggest a simple hourly rate plus materials.

We require a one and a half (1 ½) hour minimum labor and any material is billed at cost plus 20%.
Need an estimate? Give us a call. With our experience, we can normally give you an estimate over the phone. In fact, our phone estimates are within 5% of the actual cost of a project!
